Our vision

While moving towards a new world, on the one hand societies are being dominated by the information technologies, on the other hand global discussions are ongoing and experts try to find out sustainable solutions for the problems on the agenda.

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries - developed and developing - in a global partnership. [1]

In this context, National Planning Policy Framework has been presented to Parliament by the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government by Command of Her Majesty the Queen in February 2019. The National Planning Policy Framework sets out the Government’s planning policies for England and how these should be applied. It provides a framework within which locally-prepared plans for housing and other development can be produced. [2]

Being aware of these facts, the vision of Further is to provide its services in harmony with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals and National Planning Policy Framework.
