Further Design & Management Limited was established in England by Istemi Alp Kose to fill the shortage of qualified people that emerged after Brexit. This is another residential building that we have designed in Istanbul.
We have a considerable experience on interior design of luxury hotels.
There have been several shop designs amongst our interior design projects. This coffee shop is one of them.

We have had a chance to play considerable roles in construction of refinery facilities, such as blast-proof office buildings, a fire station, and a warehouse.
As a part of beforementioned refinery facilities, we have taken great responsibilities a fire station building to be built.
We have managed finishing works of this warehouse too.
There is even a military airbase in our collective memory. Further team has a significant experience on co-ordination of multi-disciplinary projects.
We have played significant roles in construction site management. These are maintenance facility buildings of in King Faisal Air Base within Royal Saudi Air Force, F-15 Air Fleet Modernisation Programme.

Providing design and site management services for the UK construction industry, Further has stepped up its efforts to prepare a useful guide for domestic and foreign entrepreneurs and investors who want to be active in the construction market.
In the study of 'Guide for Entrepreneurs', which we carry out with an approach that values research and the power of information, we try to give as detailed and accurate information as possible, starting from the procedures to be followed, to be able to fulfil a construction job. In this context, we aim to touch on framework of laws and regulations, competent authorities, occupational health and safety procedures, and also unit price analysis based on the information we have obtained regarding material, labour, maintenance and operating costs.
